The mobile app shows work allowed by your role and record scope. Open Today or Schedule to see customer, phone, job number, service, address, arrival window, and status.
Work the appointment
Use Call, Text, or Directions when permitted. Mark On my way, Start, and Complete so dispatch has a current view. Add notes, photos, checklist items, expenses, and time entries to the job.
Control notifications and security
Open mobile settings to choose allowed notification channels. Biometric lock protects the app after the configured background grace period and should not interrupt active work while the app remains open.
