Open Settings → Notifications and choose the delivery channels for new leads, assignments, appointment changes, payment events, and other operational updates.

Target the right people

Send notifications to a role when responsibility follows the role, or choose specific users for a narrow workflow. Individual preferences can further reduce nonessential alerts when the Company policy allows it.

Test important paths

Test a new lead and an appointment assignment. Confirm push, email, or SMS reaches the intended person once—not every person in the Company.
