Connect and test the website

Open Settings → Integrations → Website tracking and connect the public domain. Install the Fieldiz script directly, through Google Tag Manager, or with the Fieldiz WordPress plugin. Submit one test form with UTM parameters and place one test call when dynamic number replacement is enabled. The connection diagnostics should confirm that visits, forms, and call tracking are arriving before paid traffic is sent.

Read the visit-to-revenue funnel

Open Marketing → Website attribution. Choose a website and time period. The top cards show visitors, sessions, website leads, tracked calls, and conversion rate. The funnel then connects those captured opportunities to booked jobs, invoices, and net collected revenue. The percentage under each step describes how much of the preceding opportunity cohort moved forward.

Find what produced the work

Use Source performance to compare acquisition sources and media. Open any source, campaign, or landing page to see the visible leads and calls it produced, along with their jobs, invoices, balances, and collected amounts. Select Open lead to review the complete contact history and next action. The selected date range follows when the lead or call first entered Fieldiz; later payments remain attached to that original cohort.

Compare periods carefully

Summary changes compare the selected range with the immediately preceding range of the same length. A source can produce fewer leads but more collected revenue, so review conversion volume, booked jobs, and collections together. Draft or void invoices, pending or failed payments, refunds, and disputes are not counted as collected revenue.

Keep attribution reliable

Use consistent UTM values, connect the correct website and Company phone numbers, and avoid changing campaign names during a live campaign. Visitor-level call attribution requires an available tracking-number pool; a shared number provides broader source-level attribution. Report visibility follows the user’s lead, job, invoice, and marketing permissions, so restricted team members may see totals without every underlying record.

Tip: The page-level Export CSV includes recent visible conversions. Open a source, campaign, or landing page and use its download button to export the complete matching outcome set.
