Record a call outcome and next step
Turn each Company call into a clear result, useful context, and an owned follow-up.
Updated August 28, 2026Finish the call record
Open Phone, find the call, and choose Outcome. Select the result that best describes what happened: needs follow-up, appointment booked, resolved, not qualified, or no answer. Add a short internal note with the customer’s request, concern, promise, or other context the next team member will need.
Keep follow-up visible
Choose Needs follow-up when another action is still required. In the web workspace, add the expected follow-up date and time when it is known. The result is shared between web and mobile so a field or office team member can update the same record instead of keeping a private note.
Continue with the relationship
Use View lead or View customer beside the call to review earlier calls, messages, notes, estimates, invoices, and work history. Call outcomes add operational context; they do not replace the customer timeline or consent record.
Use notes for useful business context only. Do not place payment card data, account passwords, or unrelated sensitive information in a call note.
