Start with a unique password

Use a password that is not shared with email, banking, or another business system. If a team member needs access, invite that person from Team instead of sharing one sign-in. Each person should have an individual account so permissions and activity remain traceable.

Turn on 2-step verification

  1. Open Settings → Account security.
  2. Choose Set up 2-step verification.
  3. Scan the code with an authenticator app and confirm the current code.
  4. Store the backup codes somewhere secure and separate from the device.

Review access after a change

Sign out sessions you do not recognize and change the password immediately. Remove former team members from Settings → Team rather than changing only their role. Keep the account email current so password recovery and security notices reach the right person. Fieldiz support will never ask for your password, authenticator code, backup code, or complete payment details.
