Before you start

Have your Company logo, customer-facing phone and email, business address, time zone, and default tax rate ready.

Add your details

  1. Open Settings → Company.
  2. Add the Company name, logo, contact details, address, website, and optional tagline.
  3. Choose the correct time zone. Fieldiz uses it for greetings, appointment windows, notifications, and reports.
  4. Set the default tax rate. Leave it at 0% if tax is not configured yet.
  5. Save the Company profile.

Check document settings

Review the starting numbers and prefixes for jobs, estimates, and invoices before creating the first record. Once a numbered document exists, protected numbering settings cannot be moved backward.

Tip: Preview an estimate after setup to confirm the logo, Company name, address, phone, and footer look right.
