Review the current subscription

Open Settings → Billing to see the active plan, monthly or annual interval, included features, seat quantity, trial or renewal date, and current access state. Only a Company owner or team member with billing permission can make subscription changes.

Understand seats and annual pricing

Paid plans are priced per user. Adding an active paid seat can change the subscription total. Annual plans show the effective monthly price for comparison, but the full annual amount is charged on the annual billing date. Review the order summary before confirming any plan, interval, or seat change.

Use the secure billing portal

Open the billing portal to update the subscription payment method, download Fieldiz subscription invoices, or cancel when available. This billing area is for the Company’s Fieldiz subscription. Customer invoice payments use the Company’s separately connected payment account. If subscription access is restricted, the billing owner should resolve the outstanding requirement shown on the page.
