How phone billing works

Activating a number includes an immediate number charge and the prepaid communication balance shown before confirmation. Calls, SMS, MMS, carrier fees, and number charges reduce or add to the Company phone ledger according to the published Fieldiz rates.

Check the current balance

Open Phone → Usage & billing to review the available credit, current-month estimated usage, active-number fees, and recent ledger entries. Usage can arrive after a short provider processing delay.

Keep service available

Add credit before the balance reaches zero. Authorized Company users can review and recharge the balance; ordinary team members should not receive billing access unless their role requires it. Monthly usage is finalized after the period closes and remains available for reconciliation.
